About Stainless Steel Checker Plate
Stainless steel checker plate, also known as stainless steel diamond plate, stainless steel tread plate, or stainless steel chequer plate, features patterns including lentil-shaped, diamond-shaped, round bean-shaped, dot-shaped, and oblate mixed shapes.
Applications
Due to its surface rib bar and non-slip effect, checker plate is ideal for flooring, factory escalators, working platform pedals, ship decks, and vehicle floors. The beautiful appearance, non-slip properties, reinforced performance, and steel-saving advantages make it widely applicable in transportation, construction, decoration, equipment flooring, machinery, shipbuilding, and other fields.
Production Process
Two main production processes for checker plate: hot rolled with NO.1 finish and cold press with NO.1 or 2B finish. Hot rolled is typically more expensive than cold press.
