Material Description

High molybdenum content combined with high chromium and nitrogen content provides 254SMO with excellent resistance to spot corrosion and crevice corrosion. The addition of copper enhances corrosion resistance in acidic environments. With high nickel, chromium, and molybdenum content, 254SMO offers superior stress corrosion cracking resistance.
