304 Cube Pattern Embossed Stainless Steel Decorative Sheet English Introduction

1. Product Overview

304 cube pattern embossed stainless steel decorative sheet (3D cube embossed panel) is a decorative metal sheet based on 304 austenitic stainless steel substrate (UNS S30400). It is manufactured by mechanical embossing rollers to form continuous 3D cube geometric texture on the base plate (2B / BA / mirror base). The cubic embossed pattern brings strong stereoscopic visual effect and special light reflection. It complies with ASTM A240, EN 10088, GB/T 3280 standards. Optional post-treatment: anti-fingerprint coating, PVD vacuum color coating (rose gold, black titanium, champagne gold etc.). All sheets can be supplied with MTR 3.1 material test certificate.

2. Chemical Composition (wt%, ASTM A240)

  • Carbon (C): ≤0.08
  • Silicon (Si): ≤1.00
  • Manganese (Mn): ≤2.00
  • Phosphorus (P): ≤0.045
  • Sulfur (S): ≤0.030
  • Chromium (Cr): 18.00 ~ 20.00
  • Nickel (Ni): 8.00 ~ 10.50
  • Iron (Fe): Balance

3. Mechanical Properties (Annealed Base Sheet, Room Temperature)

  • Ultimate Tensile Strength: ≥515 MPa
  • 0.2% Yield Strength: ≥205 MPa
  • Elongation: ≥40%
  • Hardness: ≤201 HB / ≤92 HRB
  • Density: 7.93 g/cm³

Note: The embossing process creates 3D texture without greatly damaging the base metal ductility. The sheet can still be cut, bent and fabricated for decorative projects.
