1. Product Overview

304 mirror stainless steel sheet is a high-gloss decorative stainless steel plate based on premium 304 austenitic stainless steel substrate (UNS S30400). It undergoes precise surface grinding, fine polishing and mirror finishing treatment to achieve ultra-high gloss mirror effect, including commonly used 8K standard mirror and 12K super mirror grades. With flat surface, no scratches, high reflectivity and stable metal texture, this product complies with ASTM A240, EN 10088 and GB/T 3280 standards. Optional anti-fingerprint treatment and PVD color coating (gold, black, rose gold, champagne) greatly improve durability and decorative performance. All batches are supplied with professional MTR 3.1 material test certificates for global engineering and trade procurement.

The mirror polishing process does not change the base metal’s mechanical properties. The sheet maintains excellent toughness and processability:

Excellent ductility allows bending, cutting, laser engraving and stamping without surface cracking, suitable for various customized decorative molding processing.
