Custom Processing Options
We offer various processing options to produce Inconel 600 plates to exact specifications, reducing material costs, production time, scrap, and internal handling. All stainless steel grades of plate can be cut to required dimensions.
Polishing Services: Nearly any Inconel 600 plates, sheets, coils, and strips can be polished to #4, #6, #7, or #8 mirror finish. Available with one-side or two-side polishing.
Quality Control
Test pieces are cut from each plate, sheet, coil, and strip and sent to our Metallurgical Laboratory. Our computerized Certificate of Test system ensures all materials meet shipment requirements. Each piece undergoes:
  • Optical emission spectrometer analysis to verify chemical content
  • Microstructure examination for strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance
  • Proper segregation and recycling of all additional scrap
