UNS S30815 Heat Resistant Stainless Steel

UNS S30815 is a lean heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel engineered for applications demanding high creep strength and superior corrosion resistance. Also known as W.Nr. 1.4835 alloy, this material features relatively low nickel content, providing advantages in sulphide atmospheres compared to high-nickel alloys and grade 310S.

The inclusion of high silicon, nitrogen, and cerium contents delivers excellent oxide stability, exceptional elevated temperature strength, and outstanding resistance to sigma phase precipitation. Available in all standard mill forms including pipe, rod, bar, plate, sheet, strip, and foil products.
